Experience outstanding Virginia and Maryland saltwater fishing with a native Northern Neck skipper at the helm!Capt. Fisher is a full-time resident guide offering fishing charters year-round.  In 1985, at age 14, he began working as a mate for local charter captains.  His service in the industry has continued yearly without interruption.  From these early fishing roots he developed an intimate knowledge of the waters surrounding the Northern Neck and became proficient in utilizing local angling techniques.  After graduating from Appalachian State University, he returned to his native Northern Neck, received his USCG Captain's license in 1998 and started Fisher's Bay Charters the following year.
